If there is a need to return or exchange an item, please let us know using the Contact form.
For purchases made within the last 30 days, we will provide a full refund, provided items are shipped and arrive back to Gray Ranch Design in original condition. ****Full legal policy information available at bottom of checkout page****
For items that arrive to you damaged or missing, please let us know as soon as possible using the contact form. We will provide a replacement for damaged or missing items. **Items that are marked 'vintage' are one-of-a-kind purchases, and therefore are more difficult to replace with exact likeness. We will do our best to replace these items with similar ones.
